{"id":2865,"date":"2016-04-19T16:59:10","date_gmt":"2016-04-19T14:59:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vidademadrid.com\/es\/?p=2865"},"modified":"2016-04-19T17:15:22","modified_gmt":"2016-04-19T15:15:22","slug":"la-chisperia-mercado-chamberi-info-bares","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vidademadrid.com\/es\/2865\/la-chisperia-mercado-chamberi-info-bares\/","title":{"rendered":"La Chisper\u00eda en el Mercado de Chamber\u00ed: nueva plaza con 8 bares"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ya llevaba unos d\u00edas abierto pero ayer fue la inauguraci\u00f3n oficial, hablamos de <strong>La Chisper\u00eda<\/strong> en el <strong>Mercado de Chamber\u00ed<\/strong>: un nuevo espacio gastron\u00f3mico (<a href=\"#fotos\">v\u00eddeos, fotos<\/a> e <a href=\"#info\">info<\/a>) con 8 bares muy distintos entre ellos, y todos muy interesantes!<\/p>\n<p>No estamos lejos del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ponzaning.es\/\">#Ponzaning<\/a>. La zona est\u00e1 siempre m\u00e1s animada y La Chisper\u00eda (entrada en Alonso Cano, 10) lo demuestra. Los ocho locales son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>El rinc\u00f3n de lupe<\/strong>, con cocina castellana<\/li>\n<li><strong>FoodLabs<\/strong>, con fusion de cocina y tecnolog\u00eda<\/li>\n<li><strong>Lambuzo<\/strong>, comida tipica gaditana (est\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n en Ponzano, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ponzaning.es\/310\/lambuzo\/\">aqu\u00ed la ficha #Ponzaning<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li><strong>El Loco Antonelli<\/strong>, con cocina de puerto<\/li>\n<li><strong>La Valona<\/strong>, con cocina mexicana<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chamb\u00ed<\/strong>, con cocina peruana<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cervecer\u00eda El Ocho<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Cafeter\u00eda La Torbellino<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Los primeros seis son restaurantes que ya tienen otros locales en Madrid, y al fondo hay una cervecer\u00eda y cafeter\u00eda. La plaza tiene bastantes espacios para sentarse, ideal para probar distintos sabores desde los varios restaurantes.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n aqu\u00ed la <strong>\u00ab<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ventanadechamberi.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ventana de Chamber\u00ed<\/a>\u00ab<\/strong>, un escaparate pop-up donde cada semana hay un artista distinto que expone y vende sus obras.<\/p>\n<p>Os dejo el v\u00eddeo (que ayer retransmitimos en directo) de la presentaci\u00f3n a la prensa y m\u00e1s fotos de la noche.
