El \u00abcowboy\u00bb, as\u00ed lo llaman cari\u00f1osamente en sus restaurantes, fue pionero de la <strong>hamburguesa americana en Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<script async=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script> <!-- Vertical2020 --><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display:block\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7450064428034605\" data-ad-slot=\"4377430105\" data-ad-format=\"auto\" data-full-width-responsive=\"true\"><\/ins><script>(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});<\/script>\n\n\n<h2>Muere Alfredo Gradus, fundador de Alfredo\u2019s Barbacoa<\/h2>\n<p>Las puertas del <strong>primer Alfredo&#8217;s Barbacoa de Madrid<\/strong> abrieron en <strong>1981<\/strong>. 39 a\u00f1os de \u00e9xito para la hamburgueser\u00eda que actualmente est\u00e1 presente en <strong>calle Lagasca 5<\/strong>, su primer local, adem\u00e1s de los locales en<strong> Juan Hurtado de Mendoza 11<\/strong>, abierto en 1986, y el \u00faltimo llegado (2013), en <strong>Conde de Aranda 4,<\/strong> al lado del restaurante de Lagasca.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alfred Gradus<\/strong>, que todos llamaban simplemente \u00abAlfredo\u00bb, es -como cuenta la biografia en la web de los restaurantes- \u00ab<strong>un neoyorquino amante de Espa\u00f1a<\/strong> y deseoso de compartir con el p\u00fablico espa\u00f1ol sus amplios conocimientos culinarios, de los cuales ya disfrutaban sus numerosos amigos en fiestas y saraos que organizaba por su afici\u00f3n a estar siempre rodeado de personas\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed naci\u00f3 Alfredo&#8217;s Barbacoa, con el fundamental trabajo de <strong>Ana Mar\u00eda<\/strong>, mujer de Alfredo, que hoy quiere recordar el marido con estas palabras: <strong>\u00abAlfredo se ha ido como vivi\u00f3. Tranquilamente y a su manera.
